- Rates are per room.
- An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required for a definite booking.
- If we are unable to re-let the room after cancellation or no-show, the following cancellation charges apply - without cancellation insurance:
Up to 31 days prior to arrival: Refund of the deposit paid minus a processing fee of € 20.00.
Up to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged
Up to 8 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged
From 7 days prior to arrival/early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel insurance. - Guests from 14 years of age are charged tourist tax in accordance with the current regulations of the municipality of Toblach for the entire stay.
- You can pay your bill in cash, by cheque or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, edc Maestro). According to current regulations, we can only accept cash payments up to an amount of EUR 4,999.99.
